Siri And Computer Overlords

[dropcap]Thrilled[/dropcap] or disappointed with todays Apple Event, one thing is clear: You better welcome our computer overlords. Even if you’re not getting the iPhone 4S, your phone will one day [in the near future] have an amazing personal assistant.

iPhone 4S - Siri Computer OverlordAnd I don’t care if some kind of Android phone already has something like this. I just got more press than ever before, today.

This is the feature that really interests me and I’m interested to see where it can go. Can this be integrated into a Car? via Bluetooth?

How I have a lot of questions as to what the personal assistant, Siri, can do for us. You thought you didn’t have to remember things because of the internet.

Now you don’t need to remember it and you might not need to even know where to look for it. My friend Doug makes me laugh a lot because he always says “Wiki That!!” Siri is going to provide a lot of interesting entertainment for a months to come.

An Apple Today Never Tasted So Good

It feels like Thanksgiving where you know there is this amazing apple pie (and pumpkin pie – who are we kidding) baking in the over. You can smell that it’s going to be so good. Your mouth waters as it bakes and your imagination places images of you eating it in your head.

Instead of an apple pie, today is the Apple iPhone. What kind of apple pie are they going to share with us? An iPhone 5, an iPhone 4S, or both?

Will you be disappointed if there is only talk of an iPhone 4S? I know that something awesome is coming my way – something awesome that will help me creatively express what I’m meant to do. It might not even be an iPhone 5, but I admit the iPhone 3Gs and mobile photography has been an amazing experience for me and creative storytelling with photography.

I have one thing I ask of you:

Please don’t just regurgitate the information from Apple today. Please reflect on it in some way and add value instead of noise. Can you do that? Thanks!
