Doors Open Toronto happened just last weekend. I’ll be honest and say that I didn’t get to too many locations. But, I did get a lot of photos and stumbled across some architecture that was on the Doors Open list. I just stuck to the exterior, looking up a lot of the time. The location I got the most photos at was the Humber Student Welcome and Resource Centre and that’s what I’m going to share in this post. In fact, there are going to be a lot more photo posts by me here going forward.
I don’t know much about this building. In a quick Google search, I did learn that it is an $18 million project. And, I learned that I would have loved some sunshine for taking photos of the centre. With events like this, you take what you can get. Here are some images I got of the exterior and interior:
As mentioned above, I’ll be sharing more imagery here. I want to get some content on my website before I go sharing all over the internet. I noticed I’ve been adding more commentary to my posts, so I would love to have a record of it over here and let you all know things aren’t dead. But don’t worry, most posts will not be filled with this many images.
Now, all you have to do is drop a comment on what you think of the Humber Student Welcome and Resource Centre.
PS. I just noticed a couple photos I forgot to finish up in Photoshop. I will fix those 😛
