PERSONAL EXPLORATION OF THE RYERSON STUDENT LEARNING CENTRE ARCHITECTURE

Absolutely love this building. Amazed by the outstanding architecture on Ryerson’s campus now. I pursue these explorations as a way to continue to develop my photographic style, explore post-processing, and experiment with techniques.

In these images, I was fascinated with capturing the way the light was hitting the blue details and shifting colours to blue and purple. At the time, 2016, I wasn’t interested in capturing the full scale of the architecture but decided to zero in on some of the architectural details.

You can find a number of these images available for free download and use on my Unsplash profile. Shooting these architectural shots was a nice change of pace.
